I, this past week, got to go and see the most amazing play ever. Yes, I went to go and see Wicked. I got to go with my drama/one act class, and you have no idea how fun it was. We had to all get really dressed up, and for me (a total girly girl) that in itself was amazing.
Once we got to the city our adventure began. We stopped to eat at a really amazing place and just had hot dogs, fries, and ice cream (the ultimate combination). Then we had a "photo shoot" outside on the parking deck. We were doing all these super fierce model poses with our silly hats on.
Then we got there. The theater was filled with fashionably dressed girls and men in funny looking suits. The lights that were on the walls enhanced the elaborate paintings. It was so beautiful.
Soon, we took our seats and the play started. The first characters on the stage were the flying monkeys (which now I am determined to be when I grow up) that cranked an old looking wheel making the "map" rise. The music was amazing and so was the acting and costumes. All of it was absolutely brilliant.
After the show finished we had to drive back to our lame small town. It was so late and the car ride back was 10 times more fun than on the way there. We were talking like crazy about who knows what. Over all the trip was one of the bests I've gone on. I can't wait to be able to have the chance to be involved with something as brilliant as that.

THE AVERAGE WEEKEND
Yes finally it is the weekend! This leaves me...tomorrow to rest. Well, after church, and homework, and spending time with my grandmother I can rest. So really I have about no chill time this weekend. Ugh, I WANT MY CHILL TIME!!!
So my teachers decided it would be amazing for me to have homework over the weekend and a test on Monday. This is the one thing that just makes me so mad. Do teachers not realize that students have a life outside of school too? I'm booked over my weekend without all this extra stuff. I am at the dance studio from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays working on various competition dances and helping teach choreography for a play. Then I have to go home and do homework?!?!
How ridiculous is it to be at school 7 hours 5 days a week and then have to continue to do homework on weekends. When I grow up I want to either teach dance or perform it. I don't want to be a mathmatition, travel to Mexico, have anything to do with science (really guys, do we honestly need to know all this mess?). I can understand taking history and english because that is something we use in everyday life, but not everyone needs to know how to find the pythagorean theorem or how atoms combine.
What ever happened to job specialization? We studied about that in history class one time. We talked about how when civilizations began everyone farmed until they were better at it. Then people were given free time and people specialized in jobs they were good at. Why is it not like that today? Why does everyone have to learn the same thing? It is so silly to me. I am never going to want, like, or be good at science. So why, when I get to be a senior, will I most likely be in an AP science class? All I want to do is dance and enjoy what I love to do. So why ami having to squeeze in time to write this blog?

IT ALL BEGINS
Have you ever stopped to just think about how much time, effort, and most of all courage it takes to start anything on the Internet? It isn't something an average person does.
I will just go ahead and tell you, I am not the average Joe (or I guess Jane for my case). I am extremely strange. I'm not afraid to be crazy, because that is just who I am. I am that really weird girl that you see in the mall, and you are all "oh she is super cute", and then you hear me talk and are just like "wow". But you know I'm funny, so very funny indeed, because behind your rolling eyes you are about to pee your pants from laughing so hard (yes I just said that).
So basically the only point in me blogging is so that I can share my weirdness in an environment where you can laugh or scowl however much you want at what I write. I don't care how weird you think I am because you are probably just as weird but in other ways. So, please enjoy my blogs because it takes me a bunch of time to write and come up with amazing life experiences to write about. Talk to you in the future.
